The Remnantz are a 5 piece band of fine musicians comprised of

The Remnantz play Classic rock and roll mostly concentrating on the 60's, 70's, and 80's rock era. You can't hire a better classic rock band than The Remnantz for their talent, excitement, and incredible versatility. The Remnantz will make your next party, club, or function a definite hit for you and your guests.
A little history of the band:
The original band Psychedelic Daddy was formed about 9 years ago with the founding members Guitar - Carey Catanzariti, Bass - Rich Johns, drummer - Tim Cornell, and Keyboardist - Joe Bianchi. Later to join the band was Guitarist - Randy Catanzariti. Joe Bianchi moved on and Keyboardist Greg Jones joined us. After these changes with band members it was decided to change the name of the band to The Remnantz. Still more changes with Rich Johns leaving and Joel Canfield taking over as bassist. With Joel leaving we asked Guitarist/bassist Brian McInerney to join us and complete The Remnantz as we are today.
This is an awesome band, not only in talent but the joy that we all get from playing the great R&R that we grew up with, and the pleasure I get from playing music with really fine people, makes this an extra special experience for me.

Carey Catanzariti
Greg Jones has been performing professionally since the 70’s locally in the Sacramento area. Greg, a top notch musician, brings his imaginative and accomplished key styles and vocals to The Remnantz.
Randy Catanzariti performed as a vocalist in the early 70’s with the original east bay (Concord) band Odyssey. Later in the duo Craig & Blake and in the 90’s with Coupe de Ville 50’s/60’s R&R band. Randy brings expert vocals, rhythm guitar, and percussion to The Remnantz.
Tim Cornell performed in rock bands and jazz ensembles in 70’s around the Bay area. Bands were Hot Lana and Eldeberon. Tim brings a great blend of precise rock and jazz drum stylings to compliment the overall sound of The Remnantz.
Carey Catanzariti, an original founding member of Psychedelic Daddy, has been performing in bands since the late 60’s. Carey with friend and guitarist Bill Hall formed the Concord based original band Odyssey. Later his brother Randy would join the band as vocalist and later perform in the duo Craig and Blake in the mid 70’s. Carey adds rhythm/Lead guitar support and vocals to The Remnantz.
Brian McInerney, our newest and youngest member of the band, lends his solid grooves as bassist to The Remnantz. He is also a fine guitarist playing for several years and helps us out with backup vocals.
We have all come together to play music from the era that we grew up with and have fond memories of. We have also added some more great recent songs from the 80’s - 2000 for you to enjoy.
